Step into the magic of Christmas with a visit to Santa’s Grotto!
Children can enjoy a festive experience as they make their way through our Christmas Grotto, meet Santa Claus and share their Christmas wishes, and get a gift from Santa!
Tickets
Adult - £2 (includes entry - all adults requiring entry to the grotto will require a ticket)
Child - £12.99 (includes individual moment & gift from Santa)
Important Booking Information
- Please arrive promptly for your booked session. If you arrive early your booking will still take place at your allocated booking time.
- We cannot accommodate late arrivals. If you arrive late this may result in a reduced experience or refusal of entry as the schedule cannot accommodate delays.
- Time slots are allocated to help manage flow and minimise waiting times.
- All children must be always accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult
- Parents and guardians remain responsible for the behaviour, safety, and welfare of children throughout the event.
Photography and Recording
- Visitors are welcome to take photographs for personal use.
- By attending the event, guests acknowledge that photographs or video footage may be taken for promotional purposes. Anyone who does not wish to be included in photographs should notify a member of staff upon arrival.
Health & Safety
- Visitors must follow all instructions given by staff.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
