Do I need to book a ticket for adult attendees? 

- Yes, all adults who would like to attend will need a ticket as we need to allocate the tickets according to our room capacity. Each adult will enjoy a hot drink and a sandwich with filling of their choice as part of the $cket price. A minimum of 1 adult must be included in all bookings, and a maximum of 4 adults per 1 child. 

Do babies under 1 need a ticket? 

- All children that require a seat or high chair and a meal, present and meeting with Santa will need a $cket, including those under 1 years. If babies are attending with parents on laps or in prams and no present is required, they do not require a ticket. 

I’m attending as part of a group, will we be seated together if we book separately? 

- Please note, each individual booking will be assigned a separate table so where possible please book as a group with those you wish to be seated with, we are unable to guarantee that you will be sat with friends unless you have made a booking together. 

Can I amend my dates after I’ve made a booking?
