Tea with Santa Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making a booking for our Tea with Santa event. By purchasing tickets, you agree to abide by the following rules:

1. Event Dates

•        Tea with Santa takes place on selected dates in December.

•        Dates and times are subject to availability and must be chosen at the time of booking.

 

2. Booking Rules

•        Each booking must include a minimum of 1 adult.

•        A maximum of 4 adults per 1 child

•        Bookings that do not meet these requirements (either under-booked or over-booked) will be cancelled

•        Please ensure you book both adults and children onto the same date and time slot.

•        The responsibility to double-check booking details rests with the customer. We cannot guarantee to amend errors made during booking.

•        Where possible, please book your tickets with who you’d like to be sat with on the evening, we cannot guarantee that bookings can be linked together - unless they all form part of the same booking.

 

4. Cancellations, Amendments & Refund

 

•        Once a booking has been confirmed, no amendments or refunds are possible.

•        Please be sure of your availability before completing your booking.

•        In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the event, customers will be contacted and offered an alternative date or a refund.

 

5. Attendance

•        The event will start at 5pm, all attendees must arrive promptly at the stated start time of the event.

•        Late arrivals may not be admitted and no refunds will be issued in such circumstances.

 

6. General Terms

•        All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

•        By attending, you consent to any photography or filming that may take place during the event for promotional purposes.

 

Halloween Party Terms & Conditions

 

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making a booking for our Halloween Party. By purchasing tickets, you agree to the following rules:

 

1. Event Dates

•        The Halloween Party takes place on selected dates in October.

•        Dates and times are subject to availability and must be chosen at the time of booking.

2. Booking Rules

•        Each booking must include a minimum of 1 adult.

•        A maximum of 2 adults per 1 child is permitted.

•        Bookings that do not meet these requirements (either under-booked or over-booked) will be cancelled.

 

3. Accuracy of Booking

·      Please ensure you book both adults and children onto the same date.

·      The responsibility to double-check booking details rests with the customer.

·      We cannot amend errors made during booking.

 

4. Cancellations, Amendments & Refunds

Restaurant Table Booking – Terms & Conditions

 

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making a booking at our onsite restaurant. By confirming your booking, you agree to the following:

 

1. Booking Duration

·      Each table booking is for a maximum of 1 hour and 30 minutes.

·      We kindly ask that you respect this time limit so we can accommodate all guests

2. Cancellations

·      Bookings may be cancelled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

·      To cancel, please call us directly on 01656 745948.

 

3. Arrival & Punctuality

·      Please arrive promptly for your booking.

·      We may release your table if you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice.

 

4. Group Sizes & Special Requests

·      Please ensure your booking reflects the correct number of guests attending.

·      If you have any dietary requirements or special requests, let us know when booking so we can do our best to accommodate.

 

5. General Terms

·      Management reserves the right to refuse service or amend these terms at any time.
