Event Bookings at the Olive Tree – Ticket Terms & Conditions

Your booking is confirmed once full payment has been received. Please ensure that you are able to attend the event before completing your booking.

Refund Policy 

All event bookings are non-refundable. Once a booking has been made, we are unable to offer refunds.

In certain circumstances, we may be able to transfer your booking to another event. This is considered on a case-by-case basis and will depenf on the specific event and availability. Transfers are not guaranteed.

Seasonal & Special Events

For seasonal events including (but not limited to) Mother’s Day, Easter, and Christmas events, bookings are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Please ensure you are able to attend before making a booking.

Event Changes

We reserve the right to make changes to event details where necessary, including timings. If an event must be cancelled by us, an alternative date, transfer option or full refund will be offered. 

Seasonal Event Terms & Conditions – Tea with Santa & Halloween

Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully before making a booking for our Tea with Santa event. By purchasing tickets, you agree to abide by the following rules:

Event Dates

·      Tea with Santa takes place on selected dates in December

·      Halloween Party takes place on selected dates in October

·      Dates and times are subject to availability and must be chosen at the time of booking.


Booking Rules

·      Each booking must include a minimum of 1 adult

·      A maximum of 4 adults per 1 child

·      Bookings that do not meet these requirements (either under-booked or overbooked) will be cancelled

·      Please ensure you book both adults & children onto the same date and time slot.

·      The responsibility to double-check booking details rests with the customer. We cannot guarantee to amend errors made during booking.

·      Where possible, please book your tickets with who you’d like to be sat with on the evening, we cannot guarantee that bookings can be linked together – unless they all form part of the booking.

Cancellations, Amendments & Refund

·      Once a booking has confirmed, no amendments or refunds are possible.

·      Please be sure of your availability before completing your booking

·      In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the event, customers will be contacted and offered an alternative date or a refund.

Attendance

·      The event will start at 5pm, all attendees must arrive promptly at the stated start time of the event.

·      Late arrivals may not be admitted and on refunds can be issued.

General Terms

·      All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

·      By attending, you consent to any photography or filming that may take place during the event for promotional purposes. If you do not want to appear in photography please speak to a member of staff.

 

Restaurant Table Booking – Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before making a booking at The Olive Tree Restaurant. By confirming your booking, you agree to the following:

Booking Duration

·      Each table booking is for a maximum of 1 hour and 30 minutes

·      We kindly ask that you respect this time limit so we can accommodate all guests.

Cancellations

·      Bookings may be cancelled within a minimum of 48 hours’ notice

·      To cancel, please call us directly on 01656 745948

Arrival & Punctuality

·      Please arrive promptly for your booking.

·      We may release your table if you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice.

Group Sizes & Special Requests

·      Please ensure your booking reflects the correct number of guests attending.

·      If you have any dietary requirements or special requests, let us know when booking so we can do our best to accommodate.

General Terms

·      Management reserves the right to refuse service or amend these terms at any time.
