This year, we're happy to introduce our Relaxed Santa's Grotto. A quieter, more relaxed visit with reduced noise, smaller groups and extra time to help every child enjoy the magic of Christmas.
Our Relaxed Santa’s Grotto has been designed for children and families who may benefit from a quieter festive experience. With reduced visitor numbers, lower noise levels, minimal bright lights and a more relaxed pace, these sessions are to create a comfortable and enjoyable visit for all.
Extended 15 minute time slots
One family per time slot
Free entry for parents/carers/support workers
Wheelchair accessible
Flexible interactions with Santa, no pressure to talk, sit beside Santa or pose for photos
Gift is a Highland Cow Soft Toy, you can have this wrapped or unwrapped
Tickets
Adult - £2 (includes entry)
Child - £12.99 (includes individual moment & gift from Santa)
Important Booking Information
- Please arrive promptly for your booked session. If you arrive early your booking will still take place at your allocated booking time.
- We cannot accommodate late arrivals. If you arrive late this may result in a reduced experience or refusal of entry as the schedule cannot accommodate delays.
- Time slots are allocated to help manage flow and minimise waiting times.
- All children must be always accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult
- Parents and guardians remain responsible for the behaviour, safety, and welfare of children throughout the event.
Photography and Recording
- Visitors are welcome to take photographs for personal use.
Health & Safety
- Visitors must follow all instructions given by staff.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
